The ground floor consists of a 70m2 large open-plan kitchen. Behind it there is a pantry and a small bathroom with shower and toilet.
The fitted kitchen has a powerful hood under which a ceramic hob and gas hob are located as well as a dishwasher. In the pantry, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave and washing machine are housed.
In the lounge there are several comfortable chairs (four of which are also suitable for outdoor use) and a leather sofa bed with a full size bed. The sofa bed can be separated by a curtain from the rest of the space to have some privacy.
